What if I have never worked out before?

Do I need any equipment?

All you'll need is a sturdy chair, a dowel rod, PVC pipe, or broomstick, and a foam roller.

Is it time consuming?

For the first week, it may take a bit longer as you familiarize yourself with the movements and watch the instructional videos a few times. However, after the initial week, you'll become more proficient and should be able to complete the daily activities in approximately 12 minutes

Is this similar to other back pain solutions out there?

This program is designed for anyone looking to improve their back health, enhance mobility, and reduce or eliminate pain. If you suffer with conditions such as:Herniated DiscsDegenerative Disc Disease (DDD), or Spondylolisthesis I would contact your doctor for permission to due such a course.
